Nelson believes that overall health is incredibly influenced by underlying nutritional factors, and that alternative medicine and dietary changes can be highly effective ways to treat illnesses.
Nelson became interested in nutrition when her daughter was diagnosed with bone cancer. After this, Nelson became determined to understand how underlying nutrition choices affect wellness. Nelson has a masters degree in Herbology, and a PhD in Nutrition.
