Sam Piccolotti

Sam Piccolotti developed a personal mantra several decades ago he refers to as No Zero Days. After years of childhood struggles as severe asthmatic and family hardships, he took on a path of self-help to cope and overcome emotional and physical setbacks embracing the mantra of No Zero Days. Creating a lifestyle of health and fitness whereas every day no matter the circumstances, devoting some time to exercise and wellbeing. He hasn’t missed a day of exercise since August of 2001. Piccolotti is a podcaster, an accomplished avid endurance athlete, triathlete, Ironman competitor, black belt and the first person to complete a full iron distance off road triathlon above 10,000’ in elevation that has now become a competition known as the Mountain Man Invitational. The MMI is an extreme triathlon that has been described by Triathlete magazine as “the hardest triathlon you’ve never heard of”. Piccolotti’s attempt almost killed him. He suffered stage three hypothermia but went on to complete the challenge. This experience brought a life altering realization that changed him spiritually and emotionally.

Piccolotti’s No Zero Days philosophy has inspired hundreds of others who have struggled with physical and mental challenges. His NZD philosophy translates not only on fitness but on all aspects of wellness and performance providing an ethos that can empower you both personally and professionally.
