Sarah Baus is a content creator and strategist who has worked with some of the leading brands in health & wellness, food, eCommerce, tech, and more. She has built a thriving community of 750,000+ across her personal channels -- including TikTok (TikTok Shop), Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube -- and has helped brands across sizes and verticals build their digital presence through authentic storytelling and unique content that stops the scroll.

As Senior Community Manager at marketing agency NoGood, Baus has helped grow its Creator Studio into a team of industry-leading talent and an engaged network of partner creators that help brands amplify their reach and drive meaningful interactions across social media channels. Throughout her career, Baus has worked with category-defining brands like Culligan Water, The Ordinary, Estée Lauder, Ritual Vitamins, Thrive Market, and more.

Baus left South Carolina's Columbia College with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and a deeply creative spirit. She went into the pharmaceutical industry as a research and development chemist before quickly realizing she was not in the right place. Since then, she has used her natural talent, forward-thinking approach and a love for networking to cultivate communities online.
