Shahab Elmi

Shahab Elmi is a distinguished entrepreneur and the co-founder and CEO of Cymbiotika, an innovative wellness and lifestyle brand based in San Diego. Under his leadership, Cymbiotika has gained recognition for its commitment to using advanced bioavailable absorption technology and sourcing high-quality plant-based nutrients to address nutritional deficiencies and promote healthy aging, detoxification, and longevity.

Before establishing Cymbiotika in 2018, Elmi amassed over a decade of experience at AT&T, where he advanced from Director of Sales to Executive Director. His entrepreneurial journey includes founding several companies -- KNK Group, DASH Radio/DASH International, and Day Group -- across diverse industries.

Elmi's leadership and innovative approach have been widely recognized. He was a finalist for Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2021 Pacific Southwest – San Diego Award. In 2023, he received the EY Entrepreneur of The Year award.
