Sharon Jordan-Evans is an organization consultant and executive coach with extensive experience working with teams and coaching senior leaders. Before founding her own consulting firm, Jordan-Evans was Senior Vice President and Consulting Partner for Drake Beam Morin, Inc., a premier global transition management consulting firm. Throughout her nine-year tenure at DBM, she spearheaded career and change management initiatives across the Southwestern United States and Latin America.

Jordan-Evans is renowned for her expertise in executive coaching, strategic competency development, retention strategies, and building high-performance teams. She has collaborated with a multitude of Fortune 500 companies, including American Express, Boeing, Cheesecake Factory, Disney, Lockheed, Monster, MTV, PBS, Sony, and Universal Studios, contributing to various industries such as healthcare, high technology, financial services, entertainment, and more.
