Shawn Lacy is Co-Founder, Partner and Managing Director of Biscuit Filmworks, which she co-founded with director Noam Murro in 2000. Since its inception, Biscuit has represented some of the strongest creative talent in advertising and is annually one of the most awarded commercial production companies in the world.
Under Lacy’s leadership, Biscuit directors have been honored with countless AICP, D&AD, Clio, Cannes, and One Show awards, and the company has repeatedly earned Top Production Company titles from the Ad Age A-List, British Arrows, Campaign Magazine, and others. Her creative and business instincts have helped establish Biscuit’s reputation for fostering A-list talent and serving as a trusted partner for leading advertising agencies and brands around the world.
A graduate of Duke University, Lacy served as the 2023 Jury President for the Ciclope Festival.
