Shereen Eltobgy

Shereen H. Eltobgy is a founding member of the Delivering Happiness coach|sulting® team and has guided organizations along their culture journey through their Coach|sulting® Services, which include masterclasses, tailored workshops, leading-edge programs, and executive coaching. Eltobgy leverages her extensive experience in leadership and corporate culture to create purpose-driven, values-based work environments that strive for high performance sustainably.

Eltobgy has contributed significantly to designing the Delivering Happiness models and uses her expertise in the science of happiness to lead major culture transformation projects in various global locations such as NorthWell Healthcare & C21 in NY, Sallie Mae in DE, The Prime Minister’s Office in Dubai / UAE, Pioneer in Moscow/St. Petersburg, and DMG in Egypt. Her work has reached beyond these engagements, involving transformative sessions and public speaking in over 12 countries, including the U.S., the Middle East, and Europe.

Aside from her professional engagements, Eltobgy is an active participant in global happiness and wellbeing movements. She is part of the leadership team at Delivering Happiness, speaking globally on the benefits of happiness and culture in the workplace. She also serves as an advisor and faculty staff at the Self-Awareness Institute. When not working, Eltobgy enjoys dancing, leading retreats, and traveling with her two sons, embracing every opportunity to practice happiness through laughter, dance, and meditation.
