She is the creator of the Witness My Life Project, a storytelling platform that encourages women to wear their stories, own their narratives, and inspire others through MemoirWear, a unique t-shirt line designed to celebrate diverse experiences.
Floyd specializes in personal and professional development. Prior to starting 'Witness My Life', she spent over 20 years in nonprofit marketing as the director of communications where she helped organizations increase revenue with story-based marketing.
She is on a mission to equip women with the tools to raise their voices and tell their stories so they can stop auditioning for their value and get paid for their ideas not their labor.
She is an award-winning TEDx speaker and the organizer of TEDxMintStreet. She is an advocate for social change and believes telling our stories is the one true way to change the world.
