Known as Vadodra’s ‘Wonder Woman,’ Dr. Shyna Sunsara is a mom, an economist, environmentalist, Fashion Designer, former Indian Army Cadet, Rifle Shooting Gold Medalist (President of India), and is recognized for her initiative to plant 100,000 trees in Gujarat. She is the identical twin sister of Lieutenant Colonel Sophia Qureshi, the first woman officer to lead an Indian Army contingent at a multi-national military exercise. Dr. Sunsara holds the crowns for Ms. Gujarat, Ms. India Earth 2017 and Ms. United Nations 2018. Sunsara is also a recipient of the prestigious Dada Saheb Phalke Award for her contributions to the Indian fashion industry.
