Sille Østergaard

Change can be frightening, yet it is also empowering, when witnessed through the lens of clarity and balance.

As the former head of global talent management for the Ramboll Group in Denmark, Copenhagen, Sille’s background is deeply rooted in human resources and sustainability. She has coached executive leaders, businesses owners and private individuals for more than a decade, and following her corporate career, she has maintained the belief that successful leaders never stop learning. Sille’s personal value is to always prioritize and pay attention to important conversations. One conversation in particular that resonated with Sille throughout the course of her career was on the topic of balance and wellness.

In March 2020, Sille embarked on a new journey and founded a wellness and executive coaching community based in New York, called From Balance.

Within her role as CEO & Founder of From Balance, Sille works with corporations as a speaker and facilitator to enhance organizational health and well-being in the workspace. She is an expert on the topics of work-life balance, resilience, culture and change, helping organizations set goals and execute on strategy as well as identify the key principles for a sustainable leadership culture.

Her latest talk, called the “Do You” Mantra, discusses the importance behind enabling a mindset of thrive and developing upstream tactics to prevent leadership burnout.

Throughout her training at the Coaching Training Institute (CTI), Sille has adapted a holistic approach for vision-based transformation. Her methodology considers the psychological, physical and spiritual dimensions for organizational wellness.

Having lived and worked in Europe, North Africa, South East Asia and the Middle East, Sille is a global citizen and has an empathetic way of relating to a diverse audience undergoing unique challenges.

Sille currently resides in New York City with her family.
