Faktor has held significant innovation and strategy executive roles at American Express, Citi, MasterCard, and Arthur Andersen. At American Express, he served as the Vice President of Growth and Innovation and was the Head of the $50M Chairman's Innovation Fund where he successfully launched Zync, LoyaltyEdge, and Private Sales (a joint venture with Vente Privee).
