She is an empathic, results-focused technology executive with more than twenty-five years of trench warfare experience across Sales, Channels, Professional Services, and Operations in tight collaboration with Marketing and Finance leadership. Her broad, multiple-exit experience holds stories of success, heart-breaking failures, and insights that audiences will leverage to unblock progress.

Odle has delivered strategic results with companies ranging from start-ups to $800M in annual revenue. She was recognized as one of the top 50 women in SaaS in 2020 by the Software Report, alongside executives from Microsoft, Workday, and other big tech brands, based on cutting sales operations costs by 30% while increasing channel satisfaction by 50% at GFI Software, the 3rd largest revenue-generating asset in ESW Capital's private equity portfolio.

Odle is the author of the Amazon 4.9/5 star rated book "Successful Change", a case-study-based field guide to operationalizing and sustaining strategic change. She wrote the book to help people see that succeeding at complex change is attainable with the right approach and a commitment to the long game.

Odle was born in England and calls Canada home. She is the youngest of three children with a profoundly resilient, hard-working, and visionary heritage, evidenced by her family traversing three continents to elevate themselves from a limited future in South America to the C-Suite in North America in one generation.
