Tamar Geller

Tamar Geller is an acclaimed dog trainer known for developing "The Loved Dog" method, a non-aggressive approach to training dogs. She authored the New York Times bestselling books "The Loved Dog: The Playful, Nonaggressive Way to Teach Your Dog Good Behavior" and "30 Days to a Well-Mannered Dog: The Loved Dog Method." Geller's client list includes a roster of high-profile celebrities, among them Oprah Winfrey, Ellen DeGeneres, and Natalie Portman. Her expertise has been sought after on television programs such as "The Today Show," "Oprah," "Ellen," and "Animal Planet."

In addition to her work as a trainer, Geller is the founder of The Loved Dog, the first cage-free boarding and daycare center for dogs in Southern California. She is also deeply involved with various animal rights organizations, including The Humane Society of the United States and PETA. Geller has shared her insights on animal behavior through lectures at Pepperdine University and contributions to the Rescue Proud magazine's blog.
