Tanya Tucker

Tanya Tucker is a legendary country music artist whose career spans six decades. She had her first hit, "Delta Dawn," in 1972 at the age of 13.

Her 2019 album "While I'm Livin'" earned Tucker the Grammy Award for Best Country Album, while the song "Bring My Flowers Now" from the same album won Best Country Song. In addition to her Grammy accolades, she's collaborated with fellow country artist Brandi Carlile on her latest album, "Sweet Western Sound," released in 2023. Tucker's contribution to the genre was recognized when she was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in October 2023.

In addition to her music, Tucker has bridged the gap between country music and film. She made her feature-film debut in "Hard Country" and had small roles in "Jeremiah Johnson" and the television miniseries "The Rebels". Her album "Girls Like Me" spawned four top-10 country singles, and in 1988, she had three number-one country singles: "I Won't Take Less Than Your Love", "If It Don't Come Easy", and "Strong Enough to Bend".
