After leaving the corporate world, she successfully built a nationwide, multi-million-dollar social selling business, empowering women with flexible entrepreneurship opportunities. Renze is also a passionate supporter of breast cancer awareness, having created the "Breast Night Ever" event to celebrate survivors, raise funds, and promote early detection.

Renze holds certifications in emotional intelligence from OKA-Online and has studied leadership at prestigious institutions such as the Wharton School of Business, The University of Chicago, and the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Her book "Be Who You Came To Be" was published in November 2021, and her children's book "Bee Who You Came To Bee" was released in January 2023. She is currently working on her next book, "Perfectly Flawed," set for release in 2024.
