Taylor Francis is the co-founder of Watershed, an enterprise climate platform utilized by prominent companies such as Airbnb, Carlyle Group, FedEx, Visa, and Dr. Martens to measure, report, and mitigate their carbon emissions. Motivated by a commitment to environmental sustainability, Francis co-founded the company in order to equip businesses with the necessary tools to effectively reduce their carbon footprints. At Watershed, he collaborates with visionary organizations to implement comprehensive climate programs, integrating climate impact considerations into their everyday business decisions. Francis’s work is pivotal in driving corporate action towards a more sustainable future.
Francis was an early organizer for Al Gore’s Climate Reality Project and has a background in public policy. He later joined Stripe where he worked on Atlas, a toolkit to help founders and businesses start up new ventures. Francis is a graduate of Princeton University, where he was co-president of the Princeton Entrepreneurship Club.
