Tim Ellis

Tim Ellis is the co-founder and CEO of Relativity Space and a member of the National Space Council Users Advisory Group.

Ellis has been instrumental in the integration of 3D printing technology in rocket manufacturing. The company's mission, under Ellis's guidance, is to redefine rocket production and contribute to the formation of a society that stretches beyond a single planet. A project overseen by Ellis is the "Terran R" rocket, a fully reusable spacecraft engineered to carry large payloads to space.

The National Space Council directly, of which Ellis is a member, advises the President and Vice President of the United States and other White House Cabinet members on national space policy across NASA, the Department of Defense, Department of Commerce, Department of Transportation, Department of Homeland Security, and other relevant federal entities.

Prior to his role at Relativity Space, Ellis bolstered his expertise in the field of rocketry at Blue Origin. His work there primarily revolved around the development of rocket engines, providing him with invaluable insights into the intricacies of space technology. This experience undoubtedly laid the groundwork for his subsequent ventures in the aerospace industry.
