A "serial entrepreneur" -- as described by Crain's Chicago Business --Todd has founded and been president of four successful businesses since the age of 22.In addition to Crain’s, Todd has been featured and quoted in a number of publications,including Forbes, Success magazine, ePraire and a cover article of Inc. magazine. In an article titled "Whiz Kid Makes Millions Selling Door-to-Door," the National Enquirer highlighted Todd’s business finesse.

Currently, Todd Smart is president and founder of BeTuitive Marketing, helping business of all sizes maximize their business relationships through the medium of e-newsletters and blogs. BeTuitive Marketing leverages best in class writers, researchers and graphic artists to deliver a full-service solution to boost B2B marketing and sales.

Todd has been a member of the Young Entrepreneurs' Organization (YEO) since 1992 andis a certified facilitator for the Kauffman Foundation’s Fast Trac program for growing entrepreneurs Todd provides training for the YEO throughout the United States.Among Todd’s many speaking and teaching engagements: the Inc 500 conference in Palm Springs, Calif. and the Zweig Letter Hot Firm 2004 Conference & Celebration; as well as participating in lectures at Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce and The Coleman Entrepreneurship Center of DePaul University; and the Northwestern University and University of Chicago continuing education programs.

Todd believes every successful entrepreneur must strike a balance between their life and their life’s work. Accordingly, Todd is an active tri-athlete, and loves tennis, hiking, camping, skiing/snowboarding, cooking and travel.
