Tom Drews

Tom Drews is the Founder and CEO of What Works! He is a work-Life Balance, Productivity, and corporate culture consultant as well as an expert in effective virtual presentations and remote work.

His workshops and speaking programs combine productivity with optimal living topics such as mindfulness, happiness, work/life balance, and emotional intelligence. Presentation skills is also an area of his expertise.

He has delivered Making Minutes workshops and talks for all kinds of companies including Google, Expedia, Intuit, Williams-Sonoma, Fitbit, WebEx, and Genentech. Drews has over 20 years of experience helping people to increase their productivity while at the same time achieving a deeper sense of happiness and peace of mind.

Drews started his company in 2001 by teaching people how to deliver highly effective in-person presentations. This eventually evolved into training people on how to design and deliver captivating virtual presentations using Zoom, Webex, MS Teams, or any comparable platform.

Since then, Zoom has hired Drews to train their entire sales force in how to design and deliver engaging virtual sales presentations. Cisco/Webex also hired his company as their exclusive provider of virtual presentation training for their 65,000 employees. His clients include Zoom, Cisco, Genentech, Roche, and Hotwire.

Drews was previously Vice President of Sales for two fast growing technology companies based in San Francisco. He also ran a sportswear company, which sold its products to 87 different department store chains including Macy’s, Kids R Us, and Footlocker.
