Tom Pelphrey Biography
Tom Pelphrey is an actor best known for playing Ben Davis in the Netflix series "Ozark."
Some of his notable roles include playing Jonathan Randall and Mick Dante in the CBS television series' "Guiding Light" and "As the World Turns" respectively, Kurt Bunker in the Cinemax television series "Banshee," Ward Meachum in the Netflix original series "Iron Fist," and Ben Davis in the Netflix original series "Ozark."
Pelphrey, who was born and raised in New Jersey, has also been an actor in the theater. In 2012, he appeared in the Broadway cast of the musical drama "End of the Rainbow" as Mickey Deans; in 2015, he returned to Broadway in a revival of "Fool for Love," playing Martin.
He is a two-time recipient of the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Younger Actor, winning in both 2006 and 2008 for his role as Jonathan Randall on the soap opera "Guiding Light."
Pelphrey holds a bachelor of fine arts degree from Rutgers University, having graduated in 2004.
