Tom Postilio is a Founding Member of CORE. His market knowledge, ebullient personality, and celebrity clientele make him a natural fit to star on Selling New York, HGTV’s smash-hit reality series, which is now in its eighth highly acclaimed season and is broadcast to 99-million American homes and in 65 countries.

Tom is a proven and respected leader in the industry and has been named one of the city's top brokers by The Real Deal. He and partner Mickey Conlon have been responsible for more than $1 billion in residential sales and were awarded CORE's 2013 Top Producer Award. In addition to his in-demand experience with the marketing of new development projects, including the recent sell-out of Robert A.M. Stern's One Museum Mile, Tom works hands-on with individual buyers and sellers, earning consistent praise for his warm and engaging approach. His innovative marketing techniques have repeatedly shattered price records not only in several of Manhattan's most desirable buildings, but also for entire neighborhoods.

Prior to beginning his career in real estate, Tom performed extensively as a professional singer of the Great American Songbook, traveling all over the world and appearing everywhere from the Hollywood Bowl to New York's legendary Rainbow Room. For one year, he toured internationally as the lead vocalist with the Glenn Miller Orchestra. His professional stage experience has put him in touch with people from all walks of life in every cultural climate.

Born and raised in New York, Tom is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, which has awarded him the designation of Certified Negotiation Expert. He has been selected as a juror for the 2014 Architizer A+ Awards, the largest architecture awards program in the world.
