Roger Connors and Tom Smith are the principals and founders of Partners In Leadership, LLC. For over the last fourteen years, Partners In Leadership has grown into an internationally respected leadership and management consulting firm. Their services, which range from consulting to training, have been implemented in diverse organizations from small startups to Fortune 500 companies. The firm boasts a global presence, conducting workshops and consulting engagements across Europe, Japan, North America, South America, and the Middle East.

Their work spans numerous industries where they have facilitated both long- and short-term consulting engagements, national sales meetings, workshops, and speeches. The duo has established themselves as trusted advisors, having coached hundreds of managers and leaders. They have also played a significant role in assisting numerous management teams to effectively navigate and accelerate transitions in organizational culture towards enhanced accountability.

Both Connors and Smith hold an MBA from Brigham Young University. Connors possesses a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the same institution, while Smith earned a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from the University of California, Irvine. Since founding Partners In Leadership over 14 years ago, they have been at the forefront of implementing innovative strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and drive results through individual and organizational accountability.

They are the authors of the best-selling book "The Oz Principle: Getting Results Through Individual And Organizational Accountability" and "Journey To The Emerald City: Achieve A Competitive Edge By Creating A Culture Of Accountability." Currently, they are working on their third book, expected to be published in 2004, focusing on executive team building. Their insights have also been featured in major publications and media outlets including the Journal of Business Strategy, Corporate University Review, CNBC’s "Power Lunch," and Business Radio Network.

Connors and Smith are affiliated with several professional organizations including the Institute of Management Consultants, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the American Society for Training & Development. Connors resides in Alpine, UT with his wife, Gwen, and their five children. Smith lives in Murrieta, California, with his wife, Becky, and their eight children.
