In her speeches, Tovah Feldshuh presents "The Journey to Golda’s Balcony," a descriptive and entertaining account of her portrayal of former Israeli Prime Minister Golda Meir, during the 15-month Broadway run of "Golda's Balcony." Feldshuh’s interpretive power as a singer has also been lauded, with praise for her ability to "wring the emotional possibilities from a song that is newly heard."
For her extensive work on the New York stage, from "Yentl" to "Sarava" to "Lend Me a Tenor," Tovah Feldshuh has received significant recognition:
Tovah Feldshuh, a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College, began her career after winning the McKnight Fellowship in acting at the Tyrone Guthrie Theatre, where she created over twenty roles in two seasons.
