Tracy Brown

Tracy Brown is the President of Diversity Trends, LLC. She is an established Diversity Trends Expert & author, responsible for books such as "Breaking the Barrier of Bias," "71 Ways to Demonstrate Commitment to Diversity," along with various audio-learning programs including "Diagnosis Diversity."

Since 1991, Brown has collaborated with a broad spectrum of clients, from prominent Fortune 50 companies to community-focused non-profit organizations. Her professional engagements challenge audience members to use clarity and courage to foster significant cross-cultural connections, assist individuals in cultivating skills necessary for effectiveness in multicultural environments, and guide organizations in integrating diversity into strategic planning, marketing, and daily operations. Her roster of past clients includes Saxon Mortgage, U.S. Department of Energy, Texas Health Resources, and Texas Instruments.

Brown graduated from Ottawa University and undertook further studies at Northern Illinois University. She also completed the Health Care Executive Program at Stanford University. Before founding her successful business, she ascended the corporate ranks to become a well-regarded Human Resources executive. Featured in publications such as Money Magazine, Texas Business Monthly, and HR Magazine, Brown has significantly contributed to the discourse on diversity and business strategy. Additionally, she has leveraged her expertise in interactive keynotes like "From Bias to Bridges," focusing on recognizing and overcoming unconscious bias.

She has also served on the Board of Trustees for more than a dozen local and national nonprofit organizations, reflecting her commitment to diverse community engagements. Brown continues to influence a wide array of sectors with her innovative approaches to diversity and inclusion.
