Tracy Wolstencroft is Chairman of Heidrick & Struggles International, a premier global consultancy that advises on the power of talent and leadership to accelerate performance and transform organizations. The firm serves a diversified client base of corporations, institutions, governments, not-for-profits and individuals. Heidrick is committed to its purpose: to help clients change the world, one leadership team at a time.
Wolstencroft was previously a Partner at Goldman Sachs where, over the course of a 25-year career, he led businesses in the United States, Asia and Latin America. His wide range of experience includes advising chief executives and boards of directors. Following his retirement, he remained an Advisor and served as Chair of Goldman’s Global Clean Technology practice.
Two core beliefs have defined his career: 1. Trust and integrity are the foundation for developing long-term relationships. 2. Impact and sustained value creation are driven by the proper alignment of talent, ideas and capital.
Wolstencroft is Co-Chair of the International Rescue Committee. He is also Vice-Chair of the National Geographic Society, a trustee of the Brookings Institution, and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
