Tricia decided to develop Reverse Diet Solution™ after losing over a 150 pounds on her own program. She struggled with a life long battle of yo-yo dieting.
Tricia has maintained her physique for 6 years. Her love for motivating clients, watching them reach their goals, and her passion for helping others moved Tricia to where she is today.
Reverse Diet Solution™ has been providing quality Life Coaching and weight loss counseling since our founding in 1999.
