Ty Grady

Ty Grady is a seasoned real estate investor, entrepreneur, consultant, and author with over 20 years of experience in the Banking, Mortgage, and Finance industries. Throughout his career, Grady has empowered individuals and business owners, guiding them to financial success, effective leadership, and strategic growth. His expertise extends to workforce development, organizational culture change, and fostering innovation within industries. Grady’s journey from the streets of Louisville, Kentucky, to becoming the CEO of two successful companies, is a testament to his resilience and determination. He intimately understands the challenges of overcoming financial adversity and unlocking one’s full potential.

He holds an M.S. in Sports Management from Florida International University and a B.S. in Business Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Grady has also contributed to academia as a professor, building programs and curricula for career professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs. An accomplished author, Grady wrote “Wealth Principles – 6 Fundamental Strategies to Create Wealth” and developed the online course “Master Your Money, Master Your Life,” which has transformed how people perceive and manage their finances.

Grady is an active member of his community, serving on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee for the Library Foundation of Jacksonville and on the Leadership Council of the National Small Business Association in Washington, D.C. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and exploring different cultures with his wife.
