Tyler Perry is a well-established filmmaker, playwright, actor, and philanthropist who has made significant contributions to the entertainment industry. In 2019, Perry opened Tyler Perry Studios, a 330-acre production studio in Atlanta, Georgia, marking a groundbreaking achievement as the first African American to own a major studio outright.
