Vanna White

Vanna White is recognized primarily for her enduring role as the co-host of the popular game show "Wheel of Fortune," a position she has held since 1982. White's contribution to the show was acknowledged when she received a star on Hollywood's Walk of Fame in April 2006. Beyond her television work, White is also known for her 1987 autobiography, "Vanna Speaks!", which reached best-seller status. In addition to her regular hosting duties, she temporarily took over as the primary host of "Wheel of Fortune" in December 2019.

White's career includes making guest appearances in other television shows, such as her stint in the seventh season of "RuPaul's Drag Race: All Stars" in May 2022. She was also featured in ABC News' four-episode documentary "The Game Show Show," which premiered in May 2023. Since 2021, she has been co-hosting "Celebrity Wheel of Fortune" on ABC.

Outside of her television career, White has a line of yarn called Vanna's Choice, displaying her passion for crochet. White has also shown a commitment to philanthropy, having donated $1.8 million to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital as of 2019. Additionally, White holds a unique Guinness World Record for being the most frequent clapper, an award she received on the May 24, 2013 episode of "Wheel of Fortune." In 1993, White won a lawsuit against Samsung Electronics over a violation of her personality rights, further proving her assertiveness and commitment to maintaining her personal brand.
