Vanya Lazarova is a coach who partners with CEOs and leaders in the startup and venture capital ecosystems on their journey of scaling their companies and culture, focusing on post-series A start-ups. She helps clients achieve business results by helping them improve their interpersonal behaviors and effectively navigate the team interactions needed to achieve the company goals. She brings best practices, tools, and expertise in scaling internal operations and helps design infrastructure and people processes to lay the foundation for growth. Lazarova also trains managers and supports executive teams with strategic planning and alignment.

Her clients run high-growth tech companies backed by top-tier VC funds like Lux, Craft Ventures, General Catalyst, Harlem Capital, Activant, and more. In addition to working with founders, she partners with Hampton, On Deck, PlugNPlay, Founders Institue, Newchip, and the city of London's LEP entrepreneurship program, supporting CEOs and their companies in various cohorts and verticals.

Lazarova has a BS in History of Philosophy from Sofia University, a Columbia Business School executive education certification, and she has completed a leadership coaching program from the Institute For Professional Excellence In Coaching (IPEC), one of the world’s top training programs for professional coaches.
