Victor Tvircun Biography
Mr. Tvircun graduated in 1980, from the history faculty of the University of Moldova. In 1992 he has obtained PhD in Moscow. After graduation he had taught for 13 years at the Pedagogical State University of Ion Creanga in Chisinau. In 1993 he becomes Deputy Director of the Main Department of Europe and North America,at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova. From 2001 till 2005, Mr. Tvircun has been appointed Ambassador of Moldova in numerous countries of the Middle East. From 2005 till 2008 has been elected as the Minister of Education and Youth of the Republic of Moldova. Mr. Tvircun is appointed Secretary General of the BSEC in 2012. Mr. Tvircun has published more than 200 research publications including 12 books. V.Tvircun sits at the editorial board of 3 scientific magazines. Mr. Tvircun has been awarded with numerous orders and medals.
