Victoria Maizes is executive director of the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at University of Arizona, where she is a professor of medicine and public health. With her team, she has created and implemented national educational programs for thousands of health professionals. A sought-after speaker, Maizes is editor of the Oxford University textbook Integrative Women’s Health and author of Be Fruitful: The Essential Guide to Maximizing Fertility and Giving Birth to a Healthy Child. In 2009, OdeMagazine named her one of the world’s 25 intelligent optimists.
