Wayne Burkan

Wayne Burkan is the president of Alternative Visions, Inc., a company dedicated to change management, innovation, and leadership. He is a best-selling author known for "Wide-Angle Vision: Beat Your Competition by Focusing on Fringe Competitors, Lost Customers, and Rogue Employees" and "Executive Information Systems: From Proposal Through Implementation." He co-hosted the video program "The Paradigm Prism" and has been a dynamic speaker, presenting on four continents to over one thousand organizations.

As a management consultant, Burkan's expertise covers change, creativity, innovation, leadership, management, and technology. He has provided consulting services to top-tier companies such as Motorola, Ford Motor Company, 3M, Tropicana, the FBI, and IBM, among others. His work has been featured in major publications such as the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and Success magazine. Burkan earned his bachelor of arts in economics from Rutgers University, and his master of business administration in international finance from New York University. He has also served on the faculties of the State University of New York and has been a guest lecturer for the Penn State Executive Management Program, contributing his substantial knowledge and experience to the academic field.
