Willair St.Vil Biography
Willair has thirty years of experience managing workforce development, health & human services, and educational services programs for nationally recognized organizations such as United Way of New York City, Diploma Plus, and Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle. He also worked with the City of Seattle Office of Economic Development and was an Adjunct Professor at Western Washington University.
He is currently with the District of Columbia Department of Human Resources. He has the opportunity to call upon his life experience as an immigrant from Haiti, who speaks four languages (English, Spanish, French and Haitian Kreyol) when working with communities of all generations, cultures, socioeconomic class, and ethnicities. His work is guided by a strong passion for social justice and equality.
Willair is deeply invested in both his personal and professional communities and has served them as a Certified Mediator, Coach, and Yoga Teacher.
