Winston Ben Clements is a Keynote Speaker & Disability Advocate with expertise in disability awareness, anti-racism, and resilience. Having been born with a rare bone disorder known as Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI), which caused his bones to be extremely fragile resulting in over 200 fractures in his lifetime, Clements has triumphed over considerable adversity. His personal journey of overcoming these challenges serves as a powerful foundation for his work in fostering inclusivity and resilience.

Clements graduated from University with a degree in Computer Science and spent over a decade working as a Consultant for global tech corporations before dedicating himself full-time to speaking and advocacy. He has shared his insights on stages, conferences, and media platforms globally, including appearances on BBC, Good Morning America, and the "TODAY SHOW AUSTRALIA".
