Xu Li is the Co-Founder and CEO of SenseTime, a Chinese technology company that specializes in artificial intelligence and facial recognition. The company is considered to be the world’s most valuable A.I. startup and is valued at $4.5 billion.
Li was brought in by SenseTime's other founders to help commercialize the company due to his expertise in computer vision. Since then, Li has spearheaded SenseTime to the front of facial recognition technology.
Li received his Ph.D. from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
