Sarah Jones is a Tony Award-winning playwright and performer, celebrated for her thought-provoking and versatile performances across various mediums. She has performed acclaimed one-person shows such as "Bridge & Tunnel," which earned her a Tony Award. Jones' articulate and impactful work culminated in her recent directorial debut with the hybrid documentary "Sell/Buy/Date," which she also wrote, produced, and starred in. The film, backed by her company Foment Productions, garnered considerable attention during its world premiere at the SXSW Film Festival before its theatrical release in October 2022.

In addition to her theatrical prowess, Jones has gained recognition for her dynamic performances in television and film. She has appeared in notable projects including "On the Verge" on Netflix, Noah Baumbach’s Oscar-nominated "Marriage Story," and popular TV programs such as "Sesame Street" and "Broad City."
