This innovative and cost-effective solution, which replaces expensive traditional incubators, has saved over 300,000 babies across 20 different countries. Embrace Innovations further expands its impact with the launch of "Little Lotus," a new line of baby products in the US that employs technology to maintain optimal infant temperature. For every product sold, a reusable Embrace infant warmer is donated to a developing country.

Chen is a celebrated TED Speaker and has been named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.
