Jewel Daniels Radford is President of Daniels Communications located in Montego Bay, Jamaica. She is a Brooklyn-born exciting and engaging corporate trainer, speaker and entrepreneur who carried her New York drive to the boardrooms of the South, where she was president of Daniels Communications Group, a corporate training firm in Georgia. The company attracted clients that included the US Army/Fort Stewart/HAAF, CitiTrends, DIRTT Environmental Solutions, the City of Savannah, Derst Baking Company, Goodwill Industries, International Greetings, Savannah State University, Simpson Lumber Company and others.

Jewel has been featured in various publications like Skirt magazine, Onyx Woman, The Savannah Morning News, The Savannah Herald, and London's The Post business newspaper and has received recognition as one of Georgia's "40 Under 40" in Business and Politics by Georgia Trend magazine and the Savannah Business Report & Journal, Entrepreneur of the Year as well as receiving recognition from former Georgia Gov. Roy Barnes and Congressman Jack Kingston.
Jewel holds a MS degree in Organizational Leadership from Capella University was the first African-American woman accepted to Seoul, Korea’s Yonsei University where she studied International Relations and Political Science. She is also a graduate of Hampton University as well as New York University's Public Relations Institute. A believer in lifelong learning who has a penchant for the classroom, Jewel has served as an Adjunct Instructor at Savannah Technical College and Armstrong Atlantic State University and is a trained Stephen Minister.
Committed to being actively involved in professional organizations, Jewel is the past president of American Society for Training and Development Savannah GIG, and holds memberships in the Society Human Resource Management, Montego Bay Chamber of Commerce, Savannah Chamber of Commerce, Blacks in Government (BIG) and is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. She is a community service advocate having served on the boards of Communities in Schools, the MLK Foundation, and Quantum, Inc.
She is passionate about her work, loves to read, travel and paint works for her home. Jewel enjoys mentoring young women and says her greatest gift is her daughter Jynnah, an anthropologist who seeks to influence global policy that grants greater access to social and economic services for disadvantaged populations.
