Everything has changed in the last six months, and the real estate market has probably changed the most. The rules of owning, buying and selling real estate are now dramatically different and understanding this new terrain is essential. In Buy, Close, Move IN!, Glink discusses how the real estate boom and bust altered the way real estate companies do business, and reveals everything buyers need to know to recover and rebuild their financial lives so they can make what will always be the best investment possible, financially and emotionally: real estate.
In her talks, she provides answers to the most-asked questions about credit, foreclosures and short sales, mortgages and estimates, buying, selling and negotiating in this new real estate world (culled from tens of thousands of questions she receives from her audience each year). She also provides step-by-step guidance for identifying potential obstacles stemming from specific credit dilemmas and how to overcome them. Glink shows consumers how to benefit from what will be the biggest redistribution of real property ownership in our lifetimes, and helps real estate agents and mortgage lenders understand how to communicate these industry changes successfully to their clients and customers.
Glink lives and works in the Chicago area.
