Rothman commenced his notable career with leadership positions at U.S. Leasing International and Thomson McKinnon Securities before moving to AT&T in 1985. As group president, he was pivotal in establishing AT&T Capital as a $9 billion corporation. Rothman is currently the President and CEO of HP Financial Services, where he manages over 1500 employees and oversees $12.5 billion in assets. His leadership fosters a culture of trust, collaboration, autonomy, and ethical behavior aimed at enhancing customer service. Prior to this role, Rothman was president and CEO of Compaq Financial Services (CFS). At CFS, he expanded the company into a global contender covering 43 countries, achieving $3.4 billion in assets, and generating $1 billion in revenue through strategic joint ventures and acquisitions.
