Cathy is also an Adjunct Instructor at Daymar College where she helps students to design their lives and careers in her Strategies For Success class.

She has also worked with WTLC for their Women's Empowerment Series and the Indiana Black Expo, the largest minority conference in the Nation, with over 250,000 attendees.
