Welcome to the world of Celebrity Chef Robert Stewart! A motivational speaker, author, and TV personality only briefly describes some of the titles of Robert “Chef Stew” Stewart, who was born in Baltimore, Md. Chef Stew’s energy is invested in all ventures equally. He has catered events throughout the United States. His greatest passion is cooking and making people feel good through his exquisite five-star cuisine. He has been on his culinary quest for several years, collecting memorabilia along the way.
Like the saying goes "For it was by design that I would walk through these doors before I could walk on my own,” and to remind himself of this phrase he has collected over 45 pay stubs from each place where he has been employed during his journey, creating a reminiscent collage of just that.
After gaining popularity for both his mouth watering food and his vibrant personality in the Atlanta entertainment industry, Chef decided to bring the world into the kitchen by filming "Industry Soup w/ Chef Stew" which allowed everyone to get a glimpse into the life of a Celebrity Chef. After seven years of building a formidable reputation and starting his catering company called “Stewarts Bistro Gourmet Catering,” Chef Stew decided to transition to California so he could expand his brand to the westcoast. Moving to California has been a dream come true for him, taking him from Baltimore, Md. to the hallway of Food Network, where he was a contestant on “Guy’s Grocery Games” and went on to become the winner of Cutthroat Kitchen(Season 8 Episode 9) 2016. He has gained several clients in both the Corporate and Entertainment industries, who solicit his services for catering and private dinners while traveling across the country.
Some of his A-LIST clientele include Michel'le, Luenell, Lala Hathaway, Jasmine Guy, Tony Terry, Demetria McKinney, Shaquille O’Neal, Skyler Jett, Malcolm Jamal Warner and Tracey Ellis Ross. Chef Stew has made appearances on the OWN Network. The television shows Raising Whitley; Food Network shows Guy’s Grocery Games & Cutthroat Kitchen, Baltimore’s FOX 45 Morning show, Delmarva Life Morning show, and more to come. Chef Stew is keen on capturing the moment and has collected autographs of the celebrities that he has had the honor of cooking for on multiple chef jackets that he plans on framing as memorabilia.
Though he has the pleasure of providing his service to some of the most influential people in the world, Chef Stew still continues to pursue his dream of giving back to his community by starting a nonprofit organization based in Baltimore Md. called "Transition Kitchen Foundation", a thirty day culinary arts program dedicated to teaching life skills through culinary arts while exposing learners to the endless opportunities in the food and beverage industry and also opening restaurants in multiple major cities worldwide. He plans to publish a children's book titled “Maryland Crab” that shows the life of the Blue Crab and starring on his own television cooking show.
