Now she is putting those talents to work on and off camera - most recently on "The Today Show," "Fox & Friends," and in "PARADE" - combining dietary aptitude with a stylish lifestyle attitude. An additional area where O'Neil has made a significant impact is her role as "The Lady of the Refrigerator" on Alton Brown's "Good Eats" on the Food Network, which showcases her ability to communicate complex nutrition concepts in an engaging way.

A celebrated journalist and contributor to magazines like Cooking Light and Gourmet, O'Neil launched what has become a handbook for many Americans seeking healthy lifestyles: "The Dish on Eating Healthy and Being Fabulous," co-authored with Densie Webb, Ph.D., R.D. Published by Simon & Schuster Atria Books in June 2004, this best-selling book received the Gourmand World Cookbook Award in February 2005 for the "Best Health and Nutrition Cookbook" worldwide. Beyond her writing, O'Neil is recognized for her collaboration with national food brands like Quaker, Tropicana, and Dannon, enhancing public awareness about nutrition.
