Cleve Tidwell Biography

Mr. Tidwell is the Executive Chairman of a Global Holding Company and has experienced living and working around the globe. He is an international speaker that is highly sought after for conventions and special keynote events.

He grew up in the state of Georgia in the United States. He attended college and went on to serve in the U.S. Marine Corps. After serving his duty in the military he moved directly into the business world in Atlanta, Georgia. He always worked hard even as a child where he started work at the age of 10 delivering newspapers and then on to working in the cotton mill as a child at the age of fourteen in the summers.

He went to work immediately after the Marine Corps in the corporate world and stayed in that environment even today. The following is a brief of his corporate experience.

Much of his work has been in international business and government relations along with full leadership responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer of different companies. He has managed operations, sales and budgets of several billion dollars for over 47,000 employees in Japan and Korea.

Mr. Tidwell states: "Building strong teams is critical in most any operation and especially in companies where they are spread thin around the globe. I know how to do it and have helped thousand to do the same. It is a great pleasure to see companies grow after I have spent time with their key leaders and employees. I have assisted both small operations and large corporations and the results in both shows very fast".

He also stated that "Management skills and understanding is the foundation for good team building and without this knowledge and skill sets, the chance of continued success is very limited. It's simple: "People,Process and Products".

As stated by Mr. Tidwell - An accomplished writer I am not but I do want to share my experiences in an effort to help others. That is why I wrote this book and spend time on the road speaking to companies that have a serious interest in growing and becoming more productive.

He has lived in Japan, Hong Kong, Central America and the United States and speaks English, some Spanish and Japanese.
