Part Two of Mastering High Performance Leadership expands on the principles of creating powerful teams by giving members tools that will allow them to master the art of stress-free productivity.
Most days in the life a chief executive or key executive do not unfold as a series of well-planned, efficiently executed series of tasks. They are typically nothing more than a series of interruptions.
The problem with work is there are too many things on our mind. Work no longer has clear boundaries. The mind only has so much RAM and there is no upgrade. Unfinished or unfulfilled tasks and commitments cause the majority of the pressure and stress we feel each day.
Since the unconscious mind does not know the difference between imagination and reality, it believes that all things need to be done at all times. Anything that grabs your attention will occupy your thoughts and create anxiety.
This workshop gives members tools on how to get things out of their head into a system they can trust. It will teach members how to manage their commitments to reduce stress. It will give the members a system with tremendous flexibility that can be adjusted based on their individual leadership style (from their DiSC profile).
It will allow members to create the "space" to master the interruptions and allow them to flow throughout their day and create a "mind like water."
This talk will demonstrate:
How to get things out of your head and into a system where they can be brought back effortlessly How to create productivity from each of the five management styles How to reframe your reaction to the events in your life How to break your personal belief models that no longer serve you How to create Outcome Thinking to get things our of your mind How to get the most meaningful things done with the least effort How to clarify commitments and separate what to do vs. how to do it How to break the Perfection, Procrastination, Paralysis cycle Members will be given a workbook and guideline for the methodology of stress-free productivity. They will explore the use of technology and software applications along with recommendations for their organization.
There is a free optional Webinar, as a follow up, one week after the talk to give members a chance to explore these tools in the workplace.
In this presentation, Paul Childs facilitates a highly interactive workshop that is engaging, thought provoking and uplifting that gives members deep insight and self-awareness of their leadership styles. Their style is what impacts their personal lives as well as their professional roles.
This is the new work in the study of sentient leadership and neuropsychology. It taps into the notion of leadership deploying all the senses that creates self-awareness, harmony and agility within the organization.
This 21st century "conceptual age" of leadership requiring creators and empathizers, in addition to knowledge. It demands design • moving beyond function to engage the senses; story • the narrative not the argument for your products or services; empathy • engaging emotion and intuition; and the ability to create meaning out of work.
Exploring the four behavior styles and the five roles of management, this talk explores the recognition of leadership patterns. Observing patterns creates awareness to recognize ourselves and others without judgment. Suspending judgment is the way to produce profound change and influence others.
This talks explores the recognition of these patterns and how to speak to people in their own language.
Every member receives a DiSC Profile as the "way in" to begin to understand their behavior styles and leadership styles.
