Originally from Paisley, Scotland, Liz was awarded the first ever First Class Honors B.A. in Dance in the UK, and went on to enjoy a successful career as a professional dancer in NYC, LA, London and Tokyo.
One of her more unusual assignments resulted in her being featured as the first full-sized dancing hologram at Madame Tussaud's Waxwork Museum in London next to Dr Who and the Daleks! Some of her most fun jobs included working with various artists, including Janet Jackson and Dr John.
"Liz really added the extra "Wow" factor we needed..." Ray Sirisakorn, Senior Catering Sales Executive, Marriott

2010 has been called the year for taking risk. It's a time to be bold and innovative. A time to find creative ways to do more with less. Ingenuity has become an essential ingredient to thrive in any industry.
But it's hard to be creative when you're dancing as fast as you can just to get through the day!
Liz's signature keynote presentation, How to Keep Your Balance When the Floor Is Rocking, offers the following solutions:
-
Helps attendees understand the ways in which they have a lot more control than they think. They will leave with new ways of looking at their work, as well as with specific things they can do to reduce stress and increase creativity in their personal and professional lives.
-
To be bold and take risk you have to believe in yourself and get bigger about who you are. Liz helps attendees look at how they may be giving their power away and sabotaging themselves, and gives them tools and techniques they can immediately apply to their lives to be more daring, move beyond limited thinking, and reach for the extraordinary.
-
When you live life connected to what matters most, you will do amazing things. By helping participants tap into the core of their sense of purpose, values, and natural talents and gifts, they will tap into a deep well of energy, enthusiasm, creativity and joy.
Liz's breakout sessions and workshops are designed to support the primary concepts in her keynote, but are also powerful as stand-alone programs.

the importance of following your dreams the value of persistence personal discipline as the key to success not to take rejection personally the skill of working in a team how to deal with prima donnas (literally) and, most importantly, how to know when to take the stage as the star and when to be a supportive follower."
