Steve Heroux's journey in the sales industry began unexpectedly at the age of 18 when he took his first job selling Cutco Knives. Demonstrating an exceptional knack for sales, he became the number one Cutco representative in the United States during his senior year of college. His accomplishments continued at AFLAC, where he rose to the top position in a competitive field of 60,000 agents.

Following his personal sales success, Heroux transitioned into a role as a sales leader, emphasizing the development of what he refers to as Daily Performance Indicators—a concept that has played a significant part in his methodology. Beyond his leadership role, he founded Victory Selling, where as CEO, he has trained thousands of salespeople and led various high-performing teams.
