Steve Chaparro is an organizational culture expert and design strategist who speaks worldwide about transforming workplace culture through intentional co-creation and communication. He is the founder and principal at Culture Design Studio, an organizational design agency based in Long Beach, CA. Chaparro's expertise in aligning brand, culture, and space helps organizations adapt to new workplace dynamics, especially in a post-COVID world.

Chaparro's keynote programs, including "The Dilemma of the Frustrated Visionary" and "Designing the Hell Out of the Hallway," address how vision-driven leaders can fuel movements without causing burnout and the use of design thinking to navigate life's transitional periods. His passionate message resonates with visionaries and innovators who find themselves navigating the transformative journey of leadership, often feeling stuck in the messy, in-between seasons. He previously served as VP of Strategic Design at Visioneering Studios, overseeing strategy, story, and business development. He is also the creator and host of the "Culture Design Show," a podcast featuring conversations about workplace culture with top leaders and thinkers. He studied architecture at the University of Southern California and Strategic Design and Management at Parsons School of Design.
