Up to this date, Joanna Chmura has lived and worked in 4 countries and 7 cities. Straight after graduating from Psychology in Kraków, Poland she moved to the UK and later on to the Netherlands to be a part of several HR related projects including employer branding, recruitment, learning and organizational development. She is currently based in Warsaw, Poland and works as a freelance coach, soft skills trainer and sought-after speaker.

Chmura works with individuals and teams providing coaching and training services for both private and business clients. She is a PCC ICF and a Team Coaching International certified coach. Since 2018 she is also a Program Board Member to the biggest polish Coaching Magazine.
